Switzerland delivery

We offer free standard delivery via Swiss Post to all Switzerland addresses. Sometimes your package may require a signature on delivery.

For more information about postal services please see www.post.ch. You can use track and trace service to track your parcel from the www.post.ch when you will request signature on delivery.

During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. Delivery times are an estimate only and commence from dispatch date.

Delivery to the USA

Due to recent increases in customs duties and political changes, shipping from Switzerland to the USA is no longer possible via the international postal service, which used to be the most economical solution.
The only option now available is FedEx, with a total cost of around 40 USD per parcel.

Gexist will pay USD 10. The customer therefore only pays a reduced surcharge of 30 USD, to guarantee fast, secure shipping.

* Free shipping on orders over CHF 150. For orders below this amount, Gexist covers 25% of the cost.

⚠️ For international orders:
- Any delays in customs clearance are beyond Gexist's control.
- Customs duties charged by the US authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Overseas delivery (except USA)

We use Swiss Post International service. This service requires a signature on delivery.

The Swiss Post aim to deliver packages sent using ‘International Service’ or ‘Signed For’ services within 3-10 working days for delivery in Europe, but it may take up within 10- 15 days for the rest of the world (ROW).

For international orders, Gexist cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during destination customs clearance process. In addition, Gexist is not responsible for any customs taxes that may be invoiced to you by third parties.

Late and lost deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed for more than 7 days (10 days for international items), please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often, a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Swiss Post International considers items lost.

For international items, the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks.
