Delivery and Returns

Switzerland delivery

We offer free standard delivery via Swiss Post to all Switzerland addresses. Sometimes your package may require a signature on delivery.

During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. Delivery times are an estimate only and commence from dispatch date.

Overseas delivery

We use Swiss Post International service. This service requires a signature on delivery.

The Swiss Post aim to deliver packages sent using ‘International Service’ or ‘Signed For’ services within 3-10 working days for delivery in Europe, but it may take up within 10- 15 days for the rest of the world (ROW).

For international orders, Gexist cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during destination customs clearance process. In addition, Gexist is not responsible for any customs taxes that may be invoiced to you by third parties.

Late and lost deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed for more than 7 days (10 days for international items), please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often, a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when Swiss Post International considers items lost.

For international items, the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks.

We always recommend you use a secure delivery address.

Returns Information

Sale items cannot be returned.

We do check all items carefully prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email and tell us the reason for the return. Please return within 14 days.

The cost of return postage shall be borne by you – and we recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded service.

How to pack returns

It is very important that all items returned to the company are packaged appropriately. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and with the original packaging accompanied by the order form (please keep a copy for your reference).

Goods are returned entirely at the sender’s risk. Gexist cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit, however caused. We will acknowledge receipt of the package to you via email.

Your rights

You are legally entitled to cancel any ‘Home Shopping’ order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and return it for a full refund. This does not apply to sale items or orders that have been ‘Personalised’ (unless they are faulty) discounted or items purchased in sales or special promotions.

Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. Gexist accepts no liability to how long particular banks take to process cards.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
